My husband and I shopped for this ring together and I personally put a size 9 and he checked out. We waited 2 weeks for the product and it was a size 5. My husband said it was very hard to get in touch with the company for customer support. They don’t send email confirmations or any kind of receipt. Just to learn she refused to do an exchange or a return for our money back. Gives very much scam.
