1,Orders are subject to 1-3working days processing time, please note that during busier times in the year such as around Black Friday and Christmas Day, orders may take up to 5 working days to be shipped.

2. We are not responsible for package delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

3,Please give us 48 hours to respond to your email, customer service is Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm 

4. We Ship to US Only.

Standard Shipping takes 7-10working days.

5.Any cancellations please notify us within a 24 hour span, After 24 hours we can NOT cancel your order 

6,Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept any type of exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. (unless you received damaged goods). Please be ready to show picture evidence to support any evidence. 

7,If you would like to return your purchase for a refund please note that the refund will be processed excluding a small handling fee of $5 (this takes into account the postage, packaging and insurance involved in getting your item sent out to you*).For example if you paid $50 for your purchase you will receive a refund amount of $45.
